We manufacture both Coated Ground Calcium Carbonate & Uncoated Ground Calcium Carbonate with different particle size as per customers requirement.


Coating : Homogeneous Coating of Ground Calcium Carbonate is done with triple pressed Stearic Acid having loading values less than 1.0 max. on the most technological plant HOSOKAWA ALPINE , GERMANY, to give better lubrication which enhances the flow and increases the life of machines.

 

Our Coated method do Homogeneous Coating on each particle make perfect wall thickness & finishing for PVC PIPE & other PVC Industries.


Advanced Testing Facilities :  Our product are tested on the most advanced equipment . The particle size is tested on Malvern - 2000 series, U.K.  whiteness & Brightness is tested on Minolta - Japan Packing : VIETCARB takes utmost care in packing their value added products in 25/kg polyethylene bags with liner to avoid moisture & damages.
